Laipni lūdzam

Welcome to Letonia Brasil! The largest site of culture, travel and history related to both countries. On our site you can find articles, long readings, photographic essays, films, songs, reports and interviews on all aspects of those who live their lives between Latvia, and Brazil.

We are formed by a dedicated team of volunteers from the Brazilian Association of Latvian Culture, which maintains – in addition to articles on the site – Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Forum and Newsletters, to access, just click on the links! We provide articles mostly in Portuguese and in Latvian. In addition, we have our own Latvian Wiki – a digital collection full of photos, videos and texts about immigration in Brazil.

If you want to know more about the Brazilian Association of Latvian Culture, meet the members, become a donor or volunteer, just click here or the “About us” button on the side. On the site you can also find areas dedicated to other entities, projects and Latvian groups in the country, as well as an area reserved for the Consuls of Latvia in Brazil and Brazil in Latvia.

Just click the links below if you want to see the categories of articles we have or see the latest ones. Questions, criticisms or suggestions can be sent directly through the social networks or at the end of the section “About us”.
